Everyman is one of the fastest growing independent network of boutique cinemas in the UK and will be expanding in to numerous new sites of the next two years. The company was founded in 2000 when the original Everyman Cinema in Hampstead, which dated back to 1933, was purchased. With a passion for quality, from service of food and drink to seating and films, every cinema has a unique bar or foyer space to enjoy. Everyman cinemas create a truly memorable experience that exceeds expectations and reaches the highest standards possible in comfort and entertainment.
Active Workplace Solutions was asked to install all of the sofas and tables on behalf of Lyndon Design who supply the furniture for all of the Everyman auditoriums. Cinemas already completed included; Leeds, Birmingham Mailbox, Canary Wharf, Reigate, Gerrards Cross, Esher & Muswell Hill.
Winchester, one of the more bijou cinemas of the Group, is located in Southgate St in the town centre. The installation included: 2 screens with five armchairs, 34 two seat sofas, 5 three seat sofas, plus associated tables & floor mounted seat row plates.
This project, challenging with its sloping floor had extremely tight timescales and all works were carried out in conjunction with many other contractors.
