We are looking for a driven, confident and commercially minded individual to join our Business Development team. This is a high-energy, target-driven role focused on outbound calling, promoting Active Workplace Group’s services, and qualifying opportunities for our Business Development team.
As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will engage with decision-makers, identify opportunities, understand client requirements and position the most appropriate Active services across workplace design, fit-out, furniture, consultancy and facilities management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives on achieving targets and takes pride in creating quality business opportunities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Professional to grow our Facilities Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and securing profitable FM contracts through accurate costing, tender submissions, and negotiated agreements.
This role requires a hungry, self-motivated individual with proven experience in Facilities Management sales, strong financial awareness, and the ability to price, estimate, and bid confidently.
