Mercedes-Benz is one of the most well-known and established premium brands in the world. The company that invented the modern-day motor car has since gone on to shape its development more diversely and enduringly than any other manufacturer – from drive technology to comfort, and safety to design.
Mercedes-Benz needed professional move management, IT engineering, furniture installation and relocation services for its Milton Keynes head office move.
Over 950 staff members were moved over a period of 10 months.
Tasks included packing and unpacking bulk filing and decommissioning and recommissioning IT, printers and telephones.
At the new premises a fresh look was created, with new tops for desks, new division screens and refurbished storage pedestals, while break out zones gained soft seating.
Active successfully provided all of these services while refurbishment works took place.
The client was so happy with Active’s management that today Active also works with the Mercedes-Benz dealer network to specify, order, deliver and install its point-of-sale display systems across the whole of the UK.
Ongoing projects include the provision of managed storage for the entire stock of Mercedes-Benz’s furniture assets.
