CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Active Workplace Group is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of office fitout projects and experienced in placing orders with Subcontractors and managing the entire process from enquiry to quote to order, tracking orders and arranging timely delivery of materials/resources.

 
The role involves working closely with the Head of Operations, managing variations and ensuring all project deliveries are on programme. The successful candidate will be able to prepare O&M Manuals for each project and upload quotes/orders to Active’s Odoo system (training will be provided) and track financials on the project tracker.

 

         SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER

Active Workplace Group is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager capable of working in a busy dynamic environment. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects, supporting the preparation of tenders and commercial bids. 
 
Working with a team on all aspects of the project lifecycle managing construction schedules and budgets, meeting clients and understanding their requirements and acting as the main point of contact for the client, site and project managers as well as subcontractors. The Contracts Manager will liaise with technical and financial teams managing unexpected costs and variations and overseeing invoicing at the end of the project.
 
The ideal candidate must have an understanding of the Construction industry and legal documentation. Strong leadership skills and problem solving are key attributes.
